This means that if there have been 2 repair attempts for a defect that could cause death or a serious injury.
If there has been 4, or more, repair attempts or you have gone for 30 calendar days with no vehicle as it was out of service.
This covers 18 months or 18,000 miles which ever occurs first unless otherwise specified.

This means that if there have been 4, or more, repair attempts.
If you have been without a car for 30 business days or more as your vehicle was out of service.


Lemon car laws in New Jersey:

If there have been 3, or more, repair attempts
Or if you have been more than 20 calendar days without your vehicle as it was out of service.
This covers 2 years or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first

The Ohio Lemon Car Law is one of the strongest lemon car laws to be found in the nation. It includes a provision for recovering your attorney fees.

This means that if there have been 3, or more, repair attempts for the same problem.
If there has been at least 8 repair attempts.
If there has been at least 1 attempt to repair a condition that could most likely cause death or a serious injury.
If you have been without a car for 30 or more calendar days because your vehicle is out of service
This covers 1 year or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
